The Kenoyers

About Chet

“I was born and raised in Bellingham, Washington. After graduating from Sehome High School I attended Washington State University to study business. Like my son, immediately after college I began my career in real estate. I have been blessed with a career that has lasted over 40 years now, time really flies! It has evolved from being just a job to more of a passion. I love the art of negotiating and enjoy seeing people find the home they’ve always wanted. I’m thrilled to be working along side my daughter Gina and my son Jess watching how the real estate industry is changing and evolving over time. We are continuously striving to be the best we can be, while still managing to keep our ethics the highest priority. I look forward to many years to come!”

  • Bachelor’s degree from Washington State University
  • Ranked as the #1 Real Estate Agent in Whatcom County year after year
  • Has sold more homes in the last 20 years than any other realtor in Whatcom County
  • Over 40 years of real estate experience

“I’m happily married to my beautiful wife Lynette and have three grown children who were all born and raised in Bellingham. Like I mentioned, I sell real estate alongside Gina my youngest daughter, and Jess my only son, and Krista is married and is a mother to our four granddaughters – Kya, Kenna, Kierra, and Kysin. We enjoy spending time together as a family and try to spend time outside as much as we can. I’m blessed to be in a career that I love so much that I don’t have to call it ‘work’. In my spare time you can find me at a car show, playing on the lake, or relaxing at home with my family.”

About Gina

"I am a Pacific Northwest native, born and raised in Bellingham. I chose to stay in Whatcom County after high school and attended Western Washington University, graduating with a degree in Business Management. Being raised in a "real estate family" I knew at a young age that I eventually wanted to get involved in this industry, which is why I got my real estate license after graduating WWU in 2007. Prior to joining Windermere Real Estate in 2014, I oversaw the finance and human resource departments for Browns Restaurant Group for 6 years. My background in both school and work, as well as my knowledge of Bellingham and the community, has given me a wonderful foundation to my role in this industry. I'm loyal, reliable, and concise, and my passion is to serve - so whether it's helping my clients buy or sell, I'm there every step of the way to make the process as enjoyable as possible.

When not in the office or out selling houses, you can find me running or hiking the great PNW trails, catching up with friends over happy hour, volunteering with Young Life, or traveling and experiencing new adventures!

About Jess

“I was born and raised in Whatcom County… I truly love this place more than anywhere in the world. I chose to stay here to attend Western Washington University to study business. After graduating, it was a very easy transition into a career in real estate. My father has been a real estate agent for over 40 years and he followed in his father’s footsteps which makes me a third generation Whatcom County realtor. When choosing who to go to work for, it was obvious that Windermere was the right choice for me. I look forward to many more years to come with Windermere and a bright future as a Realtor in Whatcom County.”

  • Graduated with honors from Squalicum High School
  • Bachelor’s Degree from Western Washington University
  • During college was ranked in the top 10 of over 700 marketing agents working for the largest timeshare company in the world
  • Landed the cover of a worldwide car magazine for his work in tuning European cars
  • 2014 Whatcom County Association of Realtors Rookie of the Year

“I’m happily married to my beautiful wife Marissa. We have a fun loving black lab named Russell who we are a bit obsessed with… I’ll admit it’s a little unhealthy. We are very active in our faith and enjoy spending time together with friends and being outdoors. In my spare time you can find me feeding my obsession for cars. When I was young, cars took up the majority of my time but thankfully I have managed to shift my priorities to more important things in life like my career and family. I do still enjoy a good car magazine every now and then though!”
